How do I change contract close or cancel reasons?

Here's how:

  1. Sign in as a user with the Sales Administrator role.
  2. In Setup and Maintenance, search for and select the Manage Set Enabled Lookups task.
  3. Search for the lookup types:
    • OKC_CLOSE_REASON
    • OKC_CANCEL_REASON
  4. Add or update the values according to your business needs and save your changes.
