How do I hide the Workspace icon from the navigator and springboard?

Workspace is enabled by default as part of your Oracle CX application configuration, and the Workspace icon is displayed in your work area. You can choose to hide or display individual items in the Navigator only, in both the Navigator and springboard, or in neither. You can't display an item in the springboard only. If you hide an item in the Navigator, it gets automatically hidden on the springboard as well.

Here's how you hide the Workspace icon from the Navigator and Springboard areas:

1. Sign in as an administrator and create and enter a sandbox with the Structure tool.
2. Navigate to Tools, then Structure.
3. With the Navigation Configuration tab selected, you can configure what appears on the navigator and springboard. Just click the Workspace item to edit.
4. Select No in the Show on Navigator list.
5. Select No in the Show on Springboard list.
6. Click Save and Close.
