How do I prevent duplicate contacts from appearing in the Outlook add-on?

To keep the app from creating duplicating contacts in the integration with Microsoft using the Outlook add-on, you need to enable the setting that lets the sync process delete duplicates.

Allow Contact Deletion in the Redwood UX

Enable the setting, Allow Sync to Delete Oracle Sales Contacts, if you're using the Redwood User Experience (UX) version of the Microsoft Outlook add-on.

Allow Contact Deletion in the Classic Sales UX

If you're using the previous version, the Oracle CX Sales for Microsoft 365 add-on, then enable the setting, Allow Sync to Delete CX Contacts.
