How do I remove the Leads button in the email view in the Microsoft 365 Outlook add-in?
When users view an email in the Outlook add-in, the default contact view is shown. Options on the screen let users add an account, an opportunity, or a sales lead. Here's how to remove the sales lead option:
- Sign in a sales administrator or as a setup user.
- Ensure that you're working in an active sandbox.
- Go to .
- In the Common Setup menu, or on the Overview page, go to Productivity Application Setup and then select Oracle Sales for Outlook.
- In the Application Features region, select the Share button.
- In the Share Views region, select the Email button.
- Clone the Default Email Share layout, name the copy, and then click the copied layout in the list of layouts.
- In the middle pane list, select Sales Leads and click the remove icon.
- Click Save in the Oracle Sales for Outlook page.
- Test your new page layouts and then publish the sandbox according to your company's practices.
