How do I save Redwood Sales console logs?

Console logs assist the Oracle support team in troubleshooting Redwood Sales-related issues

To save console logs, it's recommended that you use either the Firefox or the Chrome browser. Before you start, make sure that only one browser window is open.

Save Console Logs in the Chrome Browser

Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Navigate to the page where you want to save the console logs. For example, navigate to Leads.
  2. Right-click and click Inspect.
  3. Select the Console tab.
  4. Click to clear the logs.
  5. Select the object for which the console logs are required.
  6. On the Console tab, right-click and click Save As.
