What are the privileges or roles needed to access Resource Directory?

The Resource Directory icon is available in Tools menu only if you have the required privileges or roles.

Verify that you have the following job roles:

• Resource (ORA_HZ_RESOURCE_ABSTRACT)
• Sales Administrator (ORA_ZBS_SALES_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB)

  You should be able to access Resource Directory pages and the Sales Admin job role further granted access to "Identify Resources" functionality.
