What do I do if I can't see the account hierarchy in the Redwood user experience?

You must run the Refresh Denormalized Data for Account Hierarchy process to see the hierarchy.

Here's how to run the process:

  1. From the Navigator open the Schedule Processes work area (Navigator > Tools > Schedule Processes).
  2. Click Schedule New Process.
  3. In the Schedule New Process window, click the Search Name (the down arrow button).
  4. Scroll down to the end of the list and click Search.
  5. In the Name field, enter: Refresh Denormalized Data for Account Hierarchy.
  6. Click Search.

  7. Select the row with the search result.

  8. Click OK two times.

  9. In the Process Details dialog box. Click the Advanced button.

  10. Under Advanced Options, Parameters tab, set Full Refresh to Yes.

  11. Go to Schedule tab and select the Using a schedule option
  12. Select a frequency for the refresh. For example, if the hierarchy is changed often, select Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
  13. Click Submit.
