What kind of documents can I create with the Interview Definition?

You can use the Interview Definitions to create interactive advice, troubleshooting steps, and to collect information.

Here's what you can do after completing the Interviews setup tasks:
  1. Design custom intake forms, such as forms to record troubleshooting content, by collecting information from your customers, and then provide interactive guidance.
  2. Make these forms available for use to application users.
  3. Optionally, embed these forms in Knowledge articles.
