What profile options do I need to set for qualifying leads?

You must set two profile options for lead qualification templates to specify what template name to display for the collection of questions, possible answers, and questionnaire feedback when you're qualifying leads.

Set these two profile options:

• MKL_LEAD_QUALIFICATION_TEMPLATE_PROFILE (Advanced Lead Qualification Enabled) for Direct Leads
• MKL_PARTNER_LEAD_QUALIFICATION_TEMPLATE (Advanced Lead Qualification Enabled) for Partner Leads

The qualification template used is based on the Sales Channel field. For example, if the Sales Channel is set to Direct, it will use the template specified in MKL_LEAD_QUALIFICATION_TEMPLATE_PROFILE. If the Sales Channel is set to Partner or is blank, it will use the template specified in MKL_PARTNER_LEAD_QUALIFICATION_TEMPLATE.
