What's the purpose of the Service Request button in the Sales Redwood UX pages and how do I remove it?
The button allows users to control their work assignment availability. If you don't use this feature, then you can disable it and remove the button by setting the profile option SVC_ENABLE_OMNI to No at the site level. You won't see the button after signing in again.
