Why can't my users see products in Oracle Sales in the Redwood User Experience?

If your users can't see products in Oracle Sales in the Redwood User Experience, but they can see them in classic Oracle Sales, check that their user role has the required privilege, View User Context.

The View User Context privilege is supplied in several of the supplied user roles for Oracle Sales, including the Sales Representative, Inside Sales Representative, and Sales Manager user roles. However, if you've created custom roles, the privileges might not have been included in your custom roles.
