Why can't I create a contact from the Create Account drawer within the Create Opportunity UI?

From the Account field in either the create or edit pages of an opportunity in the Redwood User Experience, there's an action that lets you open a drawer to create an account. However, there's no corresponding action to create a contact from the Primary Contact field of the Create Account drawer.

The workflow is designed to support opening only two drawers at the same time from within opportunities. For example, lets say you've already opened the Create Opportunity (1st) drawer and then you opened the Create Account (2nd) drawer. By not displaying the Create Contact action from the Primary Contact field, the application doesn't allow you to open the Create Contact (3rd) drawer.

To create a contact, you can navigate to the Action Bar and enter create contact or navigate to the Contacts area and click Create.
