High-Level Steps to Configure the Activities Tracked for Records

Here's how to configure the Activity Stream:

1. You must create and activate an activities configuration for the Sales Lead object and the Opportunity object.
2. Run the Publish Feed Elements process to create the index required by Adaptive Search.
3. Enable the natural English-language filtering of activities.
