Sync Your Sales Application with the LDAP Directory

You must run the Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes scheduled process before you import sales users for the first time and after creating any of your own job roles. The process retrieves the latest security information from the LDAP directory.

  1. In Setup and Maintenance, go to: Sales offering > Users and Security functional area > Run User and Role Synchronization Process task.
  2. On the Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes page, click Submit.
