Set Up Oracle Commerce for Self-Service
You need to set up Oracle Commerce to use the self-service features.
At a high level, here's what you need to do:
- Sync accounts and contacts from Oracle Sales to Oracle Commerce, including:
- Set up Oracle Commerce integration with Oracle Sales through OIC.
- Map accounts and contacts and establish relationship mapping between accounts and contacts.
- Sync Oracle CPQ Parts with Oracle Commerce Products.
- Let Oracle Commerce use Oracle CPQ as the Pricing Master.
- Set up buying in Oracle Commerce.
- Set up Oracle CPQ process information in Oracle Commerce.
- Set up the new OSF reference store.
