What happens to the Microsoft team I created, when an opportunity closes?

If your administrator has enabled auto-archiving of teams of closed opportunities, the teams you have created in Microsoft Teams are auto-archived when the corresponding opportunities close in CX Sales.

To see the team of the closed opportunity, go to Microsoft Teams > Archived. You can see your team in the Archived list.

Note: The team in Microsoft Teams is restored when the associated opportunity reopens in CX Sales.
