Microsoft Exchange Email Sync Job

Use the Microsoft Exchange Email Sync Job scheduled process to synchronize Microsoft Exchange emails to CX Sales.

When to Use

This scheduled process:

  • Is used when Exchange Email Integration is enabled for Digital Sales.

  • Is required to support Exchange email integration feature.

  • Is required to run when the value of the profile option ORA_ZCA_DS_EMAIL_OPTIONS is set to MS Exchange with Redwood Compose UX, MSExchange Office365 UI, or MS Exchange with OS Native UI. The following are the profile values:

    • Oracle Email (default)

    • MS Exchange Office 365 UI

    • MS Exchange with Redwood Compose UX

Privileges Required

Verify that you have the following privileges:

  • ORA_ZBS_SALES_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB

  • ZOE_DEFINE_OUTLOOK_INTEGRATION_PRIV

Verify that you have the following roles:

  • Sales Administrator

  • This scheduled process is incompatible with itself so can't run multiple instances of this process at the same time.
