Purge Redundant Sales Insight Facts
Use the Purge Redundant Sales Insight Facts scheduled process to purge the redundant facts that became old or irrelevant for the Sales Insights.
- Enable adaptive search to use sales insights:
- Go to
- Offering: Sales
- Functional Area: Sales Foundation
- Task: Configure Adaptive Search
- Click Setup.
- Click Advanced.
- Select Enabled for Engagement Level of Account.
- Select Enabled for Activity Effectiveness of Opportunity.

When to Use
This scheduled process:

Is part of the Sales Insights feature and is expected to run at least once in a month for the desired results.

Have no dependencies with other processes.

Helps to prevent unwanted facts piling up.

This scheduled process is like a background activity. Hence no notification is displayed on completion. But the process completion status can be monitored in the Scheduled Process page.
