Run Access Group Membership Rule
Use the Run Access Group Membership Rule scheduled process to ensure that the access group membership rules are assigned and resources are added to a newly created group.
After this process is run, all resources that meet the specified condition criteria are added to the access group.
When to Use
This scheduled process:

Ensures that the access group membership rules are assigned.
- Once this process has run, all resources that meet the condition criteria are added to the access group.
- Resources are added to the group.
- If you delete or inactivate a membership rule, any users added to the group through the rule are removed when the Run Access Group Membership Rules scheduled process is next run.

Don't schedule or start the Run Access Group Membership Rules process at the same time as the Reporting Hierarchy Generation scheduled process. The Reporting Hierarchy Generation process updates the reporting hierarchy in accordance with changes to the internal resource or partner organization hierarchies and impacts the assignment of access group membership rules if both processes run at the same time.
