Copy a Guidance by Cloning It

You can make a copy of a guidance by cloning it.

On the Guidance Setup page, click Actions (the three dots icon) and select Clone.

Important: You can't change the step type for the steps in a cloned guidance. If you need to change a step type from a task to an appointment, for example, you must add a new step and delete the old.
