Best Practices for Data Enrichment

Before you enrich accounts or contacts, you must perform some steps to ensure that enrichment goes through smoothly.

Here are the steps:

  • Verify that there are no errors after mapping attributes on the Manage Oracle Data as a Service Attribute Mapping and Preferences setup task. If there are any errors, correct the mapping or reset them to defaults.

  • If the attributes on the Manage Oracle Data as a Service Attribute Mapping and Preferences setup task are mapped to any lookup types, verify that the lookups are enabled on the Manage Standard Lookups page.
