Enable Table of Contents in Contract Preview
Here are the steps to add table of contents in contract preview:

Navigate to the Setup and Maintenance work area, select the Enterprise Contracts offering.

Click Change Feature Opt In.

On the Opt In page, click the Edit icon for any area that includes features you want to opt in.

On the Edit Features page, select the Enable option for Add Table of Contents to Contract Terms.

Click Done.
