Add Customer Inclusions Using Import Management
In this example, you create an import file and import two customer inclusions to the NA Sales territory:

One for the account Pinnacle Technologies without the hierarchy, using the Registry ID information

On for the account Apex Systems with the hierarchy, using the Original Reference information.
Create your import file and name it Add Customer Inclusions NA Sales.csv.

You can add the AcountName
column to include your customer names. The column isn't used during
the import of customer inclusions.
Import Your File to Active Territories
Import your file.

Navigate to Import Management.

Click Create Import Activity.

Enter these options.

Click Next.

In the Map Fields page, click Next.

Click Submit.

Verify that the import activity completed successfully.
Your changes are available in your active territories. Review the NA Sales territory and verify the new customer inclusions.
