Address Dimension Examples
When you define territories using address, you need to keep in mind that assignment of territories matches the characters (ignoring capitalization).
How many different ways do you expect people to enter a state or city name? If it's not in your definition, it won't match. Each row in your territory address definition is OR criteria. The data within a row are AND conditions.
You can end up with multiple rows to cover different variations of city and state.

It helps to be familiar with your data and any common errors or shortcuts.
The postal code attribute accepts a range, using a hyphen. You can also define a "begins with" using the percent sign at the end of your value. Place quotes around a 5+4 postal code so the hyphen isn't read as a range. These postal code definition examples show how the matching works. They aren't necessarily valid postal codes.
