Configure Undoing Enrichment for Accounts

In certain scenarios, your sales team may have to undo the enrichment of an existing D&B enriched account and associate it with D&B again to get the right updates for the account.

You need to ensure that data enrichment is already set up and an account is enriched for the Undo Enrichment option to be available for the enriched accounts. Here’s how you can verify if data enrichment is enabled:
  1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, use the Manage Data Enrichment Integration task:
    • Offering: Sales
    • Functional Area: Integrations
    • Task: Manage Data Enrichment Integration
  2. On the Manage Data Enrichment Integration page, ensure that Enable DaaS for Enrichment is selected.
  3. Ensure that the Enable DaaS option is selected for Smart Data.
  4. Ensure that the credentials for DaaS is entered if you have enabled it. If you are using enrichment and smart data of one of them, ensure that the credentials are correctly configured for the respective provider.
  5. Save your changes.

    Your users can see the Undo Enrichment option in the Actions list on the Account page.
