How can I unblock a user whose access is blocked because of signing in from another user's computer?
In such scenarios, both the users are blocked from signing in to the Microsoft 365 add-in. Delete the users from the synchronization log to unblock the users. Here's how:

In the Setup and Maintenance work area, use:

Offering: Sales

Functional Area: Integrations

Task: Manage Microsoft 365

On the task page, click Microsoft 365 Monitor.

On the Microsoft 365 Monitor page, select the users.

Click Actions and select Delete the User. Ask the users to sign in to the add-in again.
