How do I access the Revenue-to-Opportunity status category mapping matrix?

You can access the Revenue-to-Opportunity Status Category Mapping matrix by searching for the Manage Sales Status Category Mapping task from the Setup and Maintenance work area.

There are four predefined sales statuses and status categories such as Lost, No Sale, Open, and Won. Salespeople can select these statuses for an opportunity or for a product line while editing an opportunity. The application uses status categories when calculating business intelligence metrics for win/loss analysis. Status categories aren't visible in the UI but sales statuses are.
