Manage Personally Identifiable Information

Any piece of information that can potentially be used to uniquely identify, contact, or locate a single person is called personally identifiable information (PII). Administrators use PII to access information such as social security numbers, addresses, bank account numbers, phone numbers, and so on.

As a sales administrator, you can manage PII information. You can add or update PII data for your contacts. You must expose PII attributes from Application Composer or Page Composer in an active sandbox. For more information about how to enable the PII attributes, see topic, Manage Personally Identifiable Information in the Implementing Customer Data Management for CX Sales and Fusion Service guide.
