Why can’t I see any products, product groups, or price books listed in the manage UI?

Navigate to Sales and Service Access Management > Configure Groups > Object Sharing Rules. Run the following checks:

  • Check Access Group set up and ensure that the signed-in user has access to the object, either through predefined object sharing global rules or through custom access group rules (Assign Access Group).
  • Make sure that the latest changes in the access group rules are published.
  • If you're using a custom rule, ensure that you deactivate/disable the system global rule.
