How Incentive Compensation Uses Locations

Sales managers can see the locations of their participants on a map on the My Team's Compensation UI. If their participants are located in the United States, then the map also displays each participant's geographic territory.

When you create or edit a user you can choose a location in the Location field to make a participant's location available on the map. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, use the Manage Users task:

  • Offering: Sales

  • Functional Area: Users and Security

  • Task: Manage Users

You can hide the My Team map by setting the profile option CN_MY_TEAMS_COMPENSATION_MAP to No. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, use the Manage Incentive Profile Values task:

  • Offering: Sales

  • Functional Area: Incentives

  • Task: Manage Incentive Profile Values
