OKC_K_PARTY_ROLES_B
A contract is an agreement between at least two or more parties. Each party has a defined role within a contract. The primary roles for a party are Buyer and Seller (Vendor) but there can be other roles which may be defined like third party, buyer etc. Each party will have contacts which are captured as party contacts child entities.
