SVC_INTERACTION_DATA_
This table is used to store the contextual information passed during a real-time interaction with the customer. These could be attributes passed via the Interactive Voice Response system for a phone call or these could also be attributes passed through the chat payload when a chat session is established between a customer and an agent.
