SVC_MCA_STEPS
This table is used to store the steps related to the SVC MCA setup. A Step defines the actions for a matching condition. For example if the condition value is: 1.ON_MATCH :- On a unique match of Service Request number, display edit SR screen. 2.MULTI_MATCH :- On a multiple match of contact name display the list of contacts screen. 3.NO_MATCH :- If there is no matching result for a contact, display the create contacts screen.
