SVC_TEMPLATES

Table that holds the competency templates that can be associated to queues. The templates are a subgroup of the global competencies, ordered by priority, possibly in a different way than the global competencies are ordered. This allows for a more granular handling of competencies based on queues.

OBJECT_VERSION_NUMBER	NUMBER		9	Yes	Used to implement optimistic locking. This number is incremented every time that the row is updated. The number is compared at the start and end of a transaction to detect whether another session has updated the row since it was queried.
