Search for Field Parts Inventory

You can use the Field Parts Inventory page to perform inventory searches in different stocking locations.

The Field Parts Inventory page includes:

Field Parts Inventory

Field Name	Description
Search bar	You can enter search criteria for the following: Technician Organization Subinventory Item Name Item Description
Facet search	Click a facet to filter your search. Note: This page has different facets for the administrator and technician users. For an administrator: Stocking Location and Technician are the two facets. For a technician: Stocking Location is the only facet.
Field Parts Inventory results table	The Field Parts Inventory results table lists the field parts inventory based on your search criteria. This includes: Organization Subinventory Locator Item Revision Item Description On Hand (quantity) Available (quantity) Technician UOM Serial Number You can also sort your results by selecting the arrows next to the column headers. When you first open the page, the field parts inventory are sorted by the search parameters. Click the Serial Number icon to view the serial numbers associated with an item. For the items that have reservations, you can check and manage the reservation details by clicking the Reservation link. You can view the document type, document number, and quantity reserved for the associated item and you can also delete the reservation by clicking the Delete icon. You can perform transfer and return transactions for the items, by clicking the Transfer and Return icons in the Actions column. This opens either the: Return Part page to perform returns, or the; Transfer Part page to perform transfer transactions for the selected item.

Field Parts Inventory results table

The Field Parts Inventory results table lists the field parts inventory based on your search criteria. This includes:

Organization
Subinventory
Locator
Item
Revision
Item Description
On Hand (quantity)
Available (quantity)
Technician
UOM
Serial Number

You can also sort your results by selecting the arrows next to the column headers. When you first open the page, the field parts inventory are sorted by the search parameters.

Click the Serial Number icon to view the serial numbers associated with an item.

For the items that have reservations, you can check and manage the reservation details by clicking the Reservation link. You can view the document type, document number, and quantity reserved for the associated item and you can also delete the reservation by clicking the Delete icon.

You can perform transfer and return transactions for the items, by clicking the Transfer and Return icons in the Actions column. This opens either the:

Return Part page to perform returns, or the;
Transfer Part page to perform transfer transactions for the selected item.
