Ship a Repaired Part to a Customer

You can create a shipment line for a repaired part when you create a return material authorization (RMA).

When you create the return part requirement and RMA sales order line in the Service Request or Part Requirements pages, the corresponding shipment parts requirement line and sales order are also created. Use the shipment sales order line to ship the repaired part or product back to the customer, so that asset tracking makes the proper updates.
