Set Up Auto Processing Rules for Charges (Redwood)
Search for and add auto processing rules for charges.
To create the auto processing rules:

Click Setup and Maintenance, then in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Materials Management offering, click Service Logistics, and then click Auto Processing Rules.

You'll see the Auto Processing Rules for Charges search page. You can use this search page to search for auto processing rules.
The Auto Processing Rules for Charges page includes the:- Search bar
- Filter Chips suggestion bar
- Magnifying Glass icon
- Auto Processing Rules for Charges results table

Search bar
The search bar opens with filter chips, which you can add or delete depending on your search needs. The selectable filter chips include:-
Rule Name (LOV)

Enabled
You can also enter free text, which will search the following auto processing attributes:
- Rule Name
- Description
Because the application supports autocomplete and fuzzy logic, you can partially type your search terms.
Filter Chips suggestions bar
The filter chips appear in the Search bar and provide suggestions for filtering your results set. For example, you might see a filter suggestion for a rule name. You can select this filter chip to filter your results.
When you select one of the filter chips in the suggestions bar, it’s added to the Search bar and filters the results table.
Magnifying Glass icon
You can use the Magnifying Glass icon to search for the attributes selected in the search bar.
Auto Processing Rules for Charges results table
The Auto Processing Rules for Charges results table lists the results based on your search criteria and filters. You can also sort your results by selecting the arrows next to the column headers.
Review the results in the results table. The table includes the following:- Rule Name
- Description
- Enabled
From the search results, you can begin to add, edit, or delete auto processing rules. Select the Edit or Delete icons for each row in the search results table.
To add a rule:- Click Add Rule. This opens the Add Auto Processing Rule drawer.
- Enter a rule name and its description.
- Select a qualifier.
- Select a condition and define its lower and upper
limits.Note: You must select at least one condition before you save the rule.
- Save.
