Enable the Estimate Approval Process

Enable the submission, routing, and internal approval of service estimates through a configurable approval workflow.

To enable the estimate approval process:

  1. Select Setup and Maintenance, then select Service Logistics, and then select Change Feature Selection.

  2. Enable the feature Redwood: Capture Service Estimate Approvals.

  3. Configure the approval rules for service estimates:

    • Go to the HCM Approval Rules UI.
    • Search for the Service Logistics Estimates Approval process.
    • Configure the approval rule based on your business requirements.

You can also configure the approval rule from the Business Process Management Worklist (BPM Worklist).
