Add, Edit, Delete Comments

You can Add, Edit, and Delete Comments "At-Will" in order to provide additional details on the actions performed regarding the student.

Required Role Permissions

The user must have a role with the following General Permission(s) through Roles Management in order to complete the manual processing steps listed below.

  • Student
  • Edit Comments

Manual Processing Steps

Log into the Student Financial Aid User Interface (UI)

  1. Enter the student's external student ID number in the search field located in the upper right-hand corner
  2. Navigate to Student > Student History/Comment > Comments
  3. Add Comment
  4. Enter Comment
  5. Save Comment
  6. Review comment in Student Financial Aid user interface
  • Click the Edit icon to edit the comment.
  • Click the Delete icon to delete the comment.
