Letter Code 610: SAP RG Notification Letter
Letter Code 610: SAP RG Notification Letter is intended to notify the student they have met the University requirements to continue receiving Financial Aid.
Overview
- Letter is called when the following message is triggered:
FasSapAcademicInformationEvent
- FasSapAcademicInformationEvent is triggered after:
- SAP evaluation has been completed and SAP status has changed
- Example: Value updated from FP - Financial Aid Probation to RG - Regular
- SAP evaluation has been completed and SAP status has changed
- FasSapAcademicInformationEvent is triggered after:
- The Configured Interval (i.e. One Minute) between Triggering Action and letter generation must elapse before the LetterTriggerJob runs
- The letter triggered will include data from the last triggering action for that letter code that occurred within the interval
- The letter is displayed in the Student Letters User Interface (UI) after the LetterTriggerJob runs
Required Role Permissions
The user must have a role with the following General Permission(s) through Roles Management.
- Student Letters
- SAP Review Task (If applicable)
- SAP Appeal Review Task (If applicable)
- SAP Appeals Override (If applicable)
- Professional Judgement Review Task (If applicable)
