Letter Code 325: Late Disbursement Notification Letter
Letter Code 325: Late Disbursement Notification Letter is intended to notify the student that they are eligible to receive a late disbursement. The student must respond to this letter in order to receive any eligible funds.
Overview
- Letter is called when the following message is triggered:
FasDisbursementAcceptanceInformationEvent
- FasDisbursementAcceptanceInformationEvent is triggered after:
- The Late Disbursement Indicator is equal to Yes
- All Disbursement Criteria and Late Disbursement Criteria equal Met
- FasDisbursementAcceptanceInformationEvent is triggered after:
- The Configured Interval (i.e. One Minute) between Triggering Action and letter generation must elapse before the LetterTriggerJob runs
- The letter triggered will include data from the last triggering action for that letter code that occurred within the interval
- The letter is displayed in the Student Letters User Interface (UI) after the LetterTriggerJob runs
