Disabling Letters

You can disable a Letter.

To stop sending a Letter, you can disable it using the Letters Configuration Workbook:

1. Access the Letter Configuration Workbook from the Configuration Administration page of the SFA FAS UI. See Configuration Administration.
2. To disable a single letter or letter code, update Column D, DEFN_ACTIVE to FALSE for the letter or letter code you want to disable.
3. To disable the triggering event, update Column A, MAPPING_ACTIVE to FALSE for the letter or letter code you want to disable.
4. Upload the updated workbook.
