College Financing Plan

You can view the student's College Financing Plan (CFP) in Student Self-Service.

Overview

Student Financial Planning (SFP) Self-Service supports the U.S. Department of Education (ED) CFP requirement. The CFP can be used as a cover sheet or in lieu of your institution's Financial Aid award letter.

Required Role Permissions

The user must have a role with the following Permissions through Roles Management in order to complete the manual processing steps listed below.

  • Student, Parent or Admin: To view the CFP.
  • Admin: To enter CFP configuration.

Manual Processing Steps

Review the College Financing Plan

Log into the SFP Self-Service User Interface (UI).

  1. Enter the student's external student ID number in the search field.
  2. Navigate to Student > Financial.
  3. Click College Financing Plan.
  4. Review College Financing Plan.
  5. Click Download XML or Download PDF, as desired.
