Edit Non-Federal Funds Period

You can Edit a Non-Federal Fund Period through the Student Financial Planning user interface.

Overview

Simply select the award and period to modify and update the data input fields as necessary. After updating a non-federal fund period, a repackage is triggered and once complete the updates should be visible on the packaging screen.

Required Role Permissions

The user must have a role with the following General Permission(s) through Roles Management in order to complete the manual processing steps listed below.

  • Student
  • NFF Workflow

Manual Processing Steps

Log into the Student Financial Planning User Interface (UI)

  1. Enter the student's external student ID number in the search field located in the upper right-hand corner
  2. Navigate to Student > Financial Information > Non-Federal Funds
  3. Choose a fund type and award year to edit
  4. Update data inputs as necessary
  5. Save
