  • You can update the Fund Acceptance Status and extend or remove the Fund Acceptance Due Date. This includes being able to reverse actions that occur when a student does not accept their award by the due date.

    If you update the Fund Acceptance Status to Fund not Accepted, the Fund Accepted Amount must be zero. If you update the Fund Acceptance Status to Accepted, the Fund Accepted Amount must be a whole integer.

    You can delete or change future Fund Acceptance Due Dates.

  • Updates create an entry in Student History and are reflected throughout the system where Fund Acceptance data is used and displayed.

Log into the Student Financial Planning User Interface (UI).

  1. Enter the student's external student ID number in the Search Student field.
  2. Navigate to Student > Financial Information > Packaging.
  3. Click Edit Fund Acceptance link for the Fund Type to open the Edit Fund Acceptance window.
  4. Edit the Acceptance Status, Accepted Amount, and Fund Acceptance Due Date as needed by Term.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Confirm changes.
Note: After overrides are completed, the system will continue to update the Fund Acceptance information if subsequent Fund Acceptance updates are submitted by either the student or parent.
