Recreate Deleted Disbursments
You can recreate a fund and its associated disbursements after they were manually deleted or overridden.
Required Role Permissions
The user must have a role with the following General Permissions through Roles Management in order to complete the manual processing steps listed below.
- Administration.
- System Management.
- Disbursement Administrator.

Manual Processing Steps
Log into the Student Financial Planning User Interface (UI).
- Navigate to .
- Search for the student.
- Verify that the expected fund isn't present. If the fund is present, no further steps are necessary.
- If you don't find the fund, navigate to .
- Scroll down to the bottom of the Fund Information section of the package and click Add Fund.
- Add Fund and click Save.
- Navigate to .
- Find the newly generated disbursements and update the details as needed.
- Click Save Disbursement Records.
- Scroll to the Fund you want to recreate.
- Update the Disbursement Status to Disbursed.
- Enter Payment ID.
- Enter Disbursement Date.
- Click Save Disbursement Records.
- Review the student record as needed.
