Recreate Deleted Disbursments

You can recreate a fund and its associated disbursements after they were manually deleted or overridden.

Required Role Permissions

The user must have a role with the following General Permissions through Roles Management in order to complete the manual processing steps listed below.

  • Administration.
  • System Management.
  • Disbursement Administrator.

Manual Processing Steps

Log into the Student Financial Planning User Interface (UI).

  1. Navigate to Administration > System Management > Disbursement Administration.
  2. Search for the student.
  3. Verify that the expected fund isn't present. If the fund is present, no further steps are necessary.
  4. If you don't find the fund, navigate to Student > Packaging.
  5. Scroll down to the bottom of the Fund Information section of the package and click Add Fund.
  6. Add Fund and click Save.
  7. Navigate to Administration > System Management > Disbursement Administration.
  8. Find the newly generated disbursements and update the details as needed.
  9. Click Save Disbursement Records.
  10. Scroll to the Fund you want to recreate.
  11. Update the Disbursement Status to Disbursed.
  12. Enter Payment ID.
  13. Enter Disbursement Date.
  14. Click Save Disbursement Records.
  15. Review the student record as needed.
