Select A Student

You can review and update any disbursement in a student's program from the Disbursement Administration screen. First, you must Select a Student.

Required Role Permissions

The user must have a role with the following General Permission(s) through Roles Management in order to complete the manual processing steps listed below.

  • Administration
  • System Management
  • Disbursement Administration

Manual Processing Steps

Log into the Student Financial Planning User Interface (UI)

  1. Navigate to Administration > System Management > Disbursement Administration
  2. Enter the student External Student ID in the search field
  3. Select the correct student from the available options displayed

If you navigate away from this screen, you will need to repeat these steps.
