  1. In Oracle Fusion Student Financial Aid Cloud Service, go to Dashboard > Complete ISIR Verification.
  2. Click Start/Resume.
  3. Follow the instructions to review and complete the task.
    1. Review comment codes.
    2. Review ISIR fields.
    3. Review pending corrections.
    4. If necessary, make ISIR corrections.
    5. If necessary, request documents.
    6. If necessary, review information outside the task.
    7. Update the "Identity Confirmation" option to confirm how the student's identification was verified if they were selected for V4 or V5. Possible values can be: Blank (should be used for non V4/V5 verification), In-Person, Conference Call, Third Party Verification.
  4. Choose an option for completing the ISIR Verification task.

    • Complete Task and Clear Verification. The ISIR is updated to a Corrected status, the associated Valid ISIR process continues, and any corrections that are queued because automation or from the task queue are transmitted to the FAFSA Processing System (FPS).

    • Complete Task Without Clearing Verification. This closes the task with unresolved codes because student follow up is required. When a user chooses this option, a message is returned to verify that the task is being completed without all codes being cleared. The ISIR remains in a pending status, the associated Valid ISIR process remains open, and any corrections that are queued because automation or from the task queue aren't transmitted to FPS until all codes are cleared.
