Create a New Role

, administrators can create specific roles and manage which general permission and document permissions are enabled for each role. They can configure roles and assign users to those new roles within Student Financial Aid (SFA).- Navigate to .
- Click New.
- Provide a role code that contains alphanumeric characters only.
- Provide a role name.
- Enable group mappings by selecting the checkboxes.
- Enable general permissions by selecting the checkboxes for user access or visibility.
- Enable document permissions by selecting the checkboxes for user access or visibility.
- Click Save.
