Enable Program Application by Group Manager

You can see clear messaging when a program is eligible for a group manager to apply to your institution on behalf of another student, such as a parent submitting an application for their child.

Before a group manager user can complete an application on behalf of a student, they need to add the student to their managed student group. The group manager gets clear alerts when students haven't been added to the managed student group and while managing them in a managed student group. Then, at application time Form Builder asks which user account the application is for, and associates the appropriate person ID with the rest of the application process. The group manager can create, view, and update the associated student's application as well as their person profile.
